Mission..

1. Monitoring daily analyzes with chemists and checking the rate of daily, weekly and monthly
chemical analysis.
2. Follow-up chemical washing processes in boilers and desalination units and reverse osmosis.
3. Supervising the preparation of solutions and reagents required for chemical analysis.
4. Monitoring the chemistry of stations and giving instructions to correct any problems.
5. Study the results of daily and non-routine routine analyzes and special analyzes required such
as oils and corrosion products. And make recommendations for the safety of operation of the
station.
6. Follow up the non-routine work in the morning shift.
7. Review readings and daily records to ensure that the chemistry of stations within the
standard specifications.
8. Follow-up inventory of devices, spare parts and utensils used in the laboratory section and
calibration and operation of laboratory equipment.
9. Check boilers, turbines, desalination and reservoirs if needed.
10. Participate in conducting new experiments in desalination plants with regard to the use of
chemicals.
11. Coordinate with the power engineer, desalination engineer and the auxiliary machinery
monitor for the operation of the units from the chemical point of view
12. Prepare annual estimates of the chemicals used in the plant
13. Review and develop methods and schedules of chemical analysis
14. Prepare monthly and annual reports on the consumption of chemicals used in the plant
15. Prepare a request to purchase supplies for the laboratory
16. Preparation of technical reports and analysis results with the necessary recommendations to
the head of division.
17. Participate in the study of chemical accidents in order to find appropriate solutions and
recommendations
18. Participate in the work of training and testing for new and old employees for evaluation and
performance improvement.

1- Al Arish Cement Company -National Services Authority of the Armed Forces
Experience period: (from 2010: to Day)
– Chemist and head of water and wells management department.
Projects:
• Supervising the operation and maintenance of a project for (2) desalination plant capacity of each one plant 4000 m3 / day membrane system (reverse osmosis).
• Supervise the operation and maintenance of the project of sewage treatment plant and industrial with capacity 1000 m3 / day.
• Supervising the operation and maintenance of the project for (17) water wells in the depths (800: 1000) m with production capacity up to 8000 m3 / day.
• Supervising the operation and maintenance of the project for (8) sub-water main lifting and for (1) main water-lifting project.
• Supervising the operation and maintenance of the project for (2) desalination plant capacity of one plant 4000 m3 / day by (reverse osmosis).
• Supervise the implementation, operation and maintenance of project PVC pipe line with long 12 km , diameter 12 inches and pressure 16 bar for saltwater.
• Supervision of the implementation, operation and maintenance of the project of a network of water pipes between the wells length of 4 km diameter 6 inches pressure 16 bar between wells and water levers .
• Supervision of the operation and maintenance of the project for (4) cooling tower capacity 4000 m3 / day.
