Duties and Responsibilities:
Checking of all the results (Online and Performance Test) both academic (English, Math & Health & Safety) and technical program (Electrical, Instrumentation, Operations, Mechanical, Pipefitting & Welding) manually and arrange it sequence according to their specialization.
Prepare the test results forms either Initial test, Make up test or Re test base on the program, unit number, unit title/subject and date of exam.
Monitoring and invigilating students in the LXR testing room and strictly implementation of rules and policy while test is ongoing.
Uploading all tests in the LXR server room.
Read the Online Test Briefing in each session of the test.
Encode the results to the assessment test form as well to the data base correctly base on the grades results both academic and technical.
Analyzing Failure assessment progress reports and send it to Unit Supervisor, TTM and Senior’s.
Informed QA/Assessment Supervisor for any correction or pending papers.
Handed the results to the concerned person for signature (Senior, TTM, CAU Manager, DOT and Quality Assurance Manager).
Scan the results and send it to respective Senior’s for their records along with all concerned QA Analyst.
Daily Log sheet in and out for Performance test.
Registration of all the students in the Level 3 Engineering program accredited by City & Guilds by group/specialization (Electrical, Operations, Mechanical, Pipefitting & Welding).
Completing the PEO certificate claim form for PAAVQ Level 2 NVQ program with student’s information and submitted to Quality Assurance Certification Unit Supervisor.
Creating a database for new intake.
Tracking of all data both academic and technical grades and transfer to Transcript of records database and diploma information.
Producing the Transcript of records and Diploma for all graduated students. And handed over to SPSP Student Affairs Representatives to.
Weekly documentation for PEO and Specialized Awards tracking documents and Advisors Appointment records for students.
Preparing for Quality Assurance and Certification weekly communication meeting agenda received from the staff. And take notes all the important issues discussed within the meeting.
Preparing folders for the new intake and transfer all the old files to archive division.
Preparing all the Certificates for High Achievers in GPA, Perfect attendance and Performance per trimester base on the lists submitted by each Department, Academic and Technical.

Encode the attendance to the Data Base correctly base on the attendance submitted by Instructor’s.
Daily report of Trainees deficiency (exceeding absent hours) and attendance to concerned person as well as to the Senior Instructor’s, Manager and Admin. Supervisor.
Issuing of Warning Letters to the Trainees whose exceed the minimum absent hours such as First Warning, Final Warning and Final Drop.
Handed the Warning Letters to concerned Instructor’s for comments and signature.
Reporting to the Training Manager for the approval of Warning Letters, Certificate of Absent and other documents for signature.
Validating (deduction of absent hours) of Excuse absent for those trainees have a valid Certificate of absent and handed to concerned Counselor for approval of Training Manager.
