JOB DESCRIPTION
Ø Assisted the Project Manager with the initial mobilization and establishment of the construction site
Ø Supervise all site activities and communicated the sub-contractors to achieve project schedules, to control the quality of all works in line with stipulated project specifications and client requirements.
Ø Worked toward the minimization of financial loss and wastage via the effective management of site material.
Ø Selected trained and commanded project staff requiring performance management, the provision of feedback, the implementation of corrective actions and the delegation of daily activities.
Ø Carried out the resolution of design issues, change request, material defects and equipment problems.
Ø Monitored job progress and evaluate costs delivering regular progress reports to senior management.
Ø Implementing the civil works up to finishing and hand over stage.
