Work Experience:


Resourcing Specialist – Vodafone Qatar ( May 2017 to February 2018 )


Key Responsibilities:

ü  Managing end to end recruitment process as per Vodafone Qatar’s policies and guidelines.

ü  Ensure proper job description and resourcing requisition is in place for each role being worked on.

ü  Arrange for role briefing meetings with the Hiring Managers, to align regarding their requirements and decide on the resourcing strategy.

ü  Prepare role specific competency based questionnaires, to ensure standardized and uniform assessment of candidates.

ü  Interviewing and assessing candidates’ suitability to the role, from a competency based perspective.

ü  Arranging and coordinating interviews, HR as well as different level of technical rounds.

ü  Run online assessments ( psychometric ,personality and situation based ),  role plays , case study , business challenges etc , as part of the global  strategy and guidelines , to ensure best quality of candidates are hired .

ü  Ensure resourcing process is in line with the global resourcing policies and guidelines.

ü  Co–ordinate feedbacks on shortlisted applicants with Hiring Managers.

ü  Ownership of end to end recruitment for the Discover Graduate Program (Exclusively for Qatari Nationals) , from screening the applicants till offer stage.


ü  Accountable for ensuring Hiring Manager interviews are done within the specified SLA time frames.

ü  Follow through with the recruitment process until final candidate is selected for offer roll out.

ü  Ensure timely and accurate reporting of updates to all stakeholders.

ü  Bulk recruitment for retail and customer care vacancies.

ü  Maintain reports and trackers, as required.


Resourcing Administrator – Vodafone Qatar ( Aug 2014 to April 2017 )

ü  Handling the recruitment coordination process from advertising of the role to offer preparation stage.
