In addition to above, I would like to inform that any company cannot judge a candidate with just resume or work experience. Since, almost every company a candidate with X number of experiences in relevant field, fresh candidate usually suffers and ends up with job out of their educational line only to survive in this world for daily needs. I am on of that victim. Usually, companies ask for the jobs that is not even relevant to our education. For example, a management student who learned about managing a company or team with their strategic skills are asked to sell products to customer from home to home or shop to shop. Whereas, sale is never a part of management education.
