Job description:
Foster an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, and encourage continuous improvement through participation and teamwork.
Administer and manage employee file systems (electronic and paper) and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and legal compliance.
Facilitate end employment process including relevant HRMS entry, coordination with payroll, exit checklists for managers and employees.
Facilitate the on-boarding process for new employees/transfer
Maintain China HR Services SharePoint
Create and communicate organizational metrics and org charts for stakeholders.
Manage service award
Be responsible for data integrity in HRMS.
Utilize various systems (hiring and onboarding platform, MS Outlook, Excel, SharePoint) to effectively process and resolve assigned transactions.
Provide exit / income/Employment certifications
Provide HR Reports which can’t run by HRBP
Assists with HR Services projects and programs as necessary
Backup payroll in case any emergency
Handle vendor management
Temporary and permanent living permission management
Execute time and absence administration (time management, leave forms, planned and unplanned absence, maternity leave).
Provides reports as requested using HRMS Oracle System and maintain employee’s records from hiring/onboarding to termination process.
Keep employee personal records and information, retrieval and reporting.
Contribute to the development of business process documentation and process improvement initiatives.
Continuously participating with the deployment processes.
Drive internal employee engagement activities and assist HRS projects and programs as necessary.
Maintain and manage efficient workflow processes for assigned work streams.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts under Kaizen program.
