Recently work as Warehouse Supervisor at food manufacturing in Profood International Corporation for almost 3 years. Im a graduate of 4 years degree course with Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness.

Job Description as warehouse supervisor:

1. Supervise activities and performance of subordinates, which includes work allocation, output monitoring and problem resolution. Evaluates performance and provide recommendation to personnel actions.
2. Oversee the process in the Warehouse area during incoming and outgoing activities to ensure data accuracy and quality of the items.
3. Conduct Daily production report that are being Received and Withdraw.
4. Verify, Check and Inspect the withdrawal and items during Receiving and Releasing of product.
5. Conduct daily, monthly and annual Inventory and physical counts of product that being received or stored and being releases or withdraw and reconcile variances.
6. Conduct Aging Report in a quaterly basis. This report is to identify the kind of products that are nearly expiry or non-moving products.
7. Conduct FIFO or First In First Out method system for all product.
8. Implement standard policies; procedures in receiving and releasing area; proper stock management and inventory monitoring; ensure cleanliness and work safety in the area.
9. Coordinates with other department for product distribution and delivery schedules.
10. Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
11. Prepare Order slip for customer order.
12. Creates work schedules and organized employee’s timesheet.
13. Complete and verify paperwork and documentation.
14. Proper tagging, labeling and location of product for identification purposes.
15. Creates and implements corrective actions to resolve the problem related to the process.
