Good Day!

I am exceedingly interested in submitting an application for any job position relating to guest service relations.

 

In 2016, I completed my college studies and obtained a degree in Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. This has given me a range of applied capabilities that will meet the needs of the said job title.

While completing my studies I worked also as an office secretariat for the Municipal Planning and Development Office in Sampaloc, Quezon back 2014 and as a Reservation Assistant at Philippine Airlines Cargo Business back 2016. Then finally got the chance to work abroad in Malaysia at the five-star hotel, The Light Hotel. My responsibilities in this role include several tasks but mostly providing face-to-face customer service and assisting on the floor. This position has given me key employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment.

 

Concerning my ability to meet the specific requirements of this job:

(Front Office: Guest Relation Officer)

·         Customer Service: Worked for 2 years in a face-to-face customer service environment, providing customer support on the floor and through calls. Handling/assisting VIP guest, etc.

·         Reception Duties: Responsibilities includes answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers in booking or transactions. Cashiering check-ins and checkouts.

(Food and Beverage: Guest Service Ambassador)

·         Receive orders and serve customer request completely in a timely manner. Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities. Keep service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared. Efficiently manage the proper settlement of customer accounts. And answer Guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.

 

My professor in previous colleges have commended me for my high level of interpersonal skills and naturally engaging personality. My motivation includes learning new things and the challenge of meeting key objectives. My previous Manager listed in my resume form can be a contact person to provide more information about my abilities for this job.
