I am RICA C. PANEDA, a Registered Social Worker and a resident of Camanang Riverside, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan,Philippines. I graduated from Urdaneta City University and applying for the position as Medical Social Worker.

My experiences during my Field Instruction I at the DSWD The Regional Haven For Children and Field Instruction II at the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office in Sison, Pangasinan helped me a lot to become more productive and competent. I had gained knowledge in various programs and services that the agency offer and I developed my attitude and skills on how to deal with different kinds of people. Likewise, the various seminars and trainings that I participated helped me in the practice of my profession and can be a guarantee for me to work well in your office. I am a trustworthy and an approachable person with a positive outlook in life that could help individuals to realize that they can always overcome their problem. I am also a cooperative in working with different kinds of persons to meet the needs of your agency and to promote the goals of the agency.
