Specific Duties:                    

• Perform corrective maintenance and recording of repair history of all the section of the machine.
• Performs the preventive maintenance and updating of records.
• Controls inventory of machine spare partsand updates consumption records.
• Controls inventory of tooling and its usage.
• Machine and tooling set- up for every change of product.
• Weekly confirmation of daily maintenace checklist.
• Assist the Engineer in the improvement and development of tooling and equipments.
• Prepares and submit other related reports.
• To perform production related work as required by his superior.
• Participate in coordination meetings regarding analysis of non conformance with respect to machine and formulation of its corrective action.
