PROFILE HIGHLIGHT

My experiences are from handling sales face-to-face, over-the-phone, emailing, business presentation through video conference, skype etc. as an individual contributor and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. I am a successful sales professional and always recognize for numbers and quality, effective strategist, positive influence amongst peers and colleagues. I lead, trained, coached and mentored sales team members and team managers.

Currently working as a Manager, Account and Business Development for a Travel Management Company. Only been on the role for 6 months however, I had very significant accomplishments. The company only acquired 3 businesses last 2017 and for 6 months in the role, we have acquired 6 new business relationships. I had regained and kept the company’s relationship with two (2) of its biggest clients and helped saved one from moving out of our portfolio. I had designed, structured and implemented Sales Process and Strategies, created an Onboarding Roadmap for new team members, trained team members around important aspects of the job such as Email Correspondence, Sales and Sales Techniques, Conflict Management and implemented business reviews, materials and content for client presentations. Other initiatives involved marketing and branding techniques and strategies. For the first five 6 months in the role, the company has increased its sales to 25% and has many new opportunities to welcome very soon.

Previously Manager, Account and Business Development at AMERICAN Express International -a giant and multi-billion financial provider who is known for credibility and customer service excellence. In my role, I have gained strong Business acquisition experience for small to medium to corporate accounts space and successfully increased and captured spend of more than 300 accounts in a span of one year plus acquired 32 new business relationships vs the target of 27 and successfully generated 20% above the target revenue.

I have designed a project roadmap to address potential revenue loss and was behind all the ground work from staff recruitment and training, resources forecast and baseline creation which is a big thing now in the organization. I looked after a team of 8 Account development Executives where I facilitated sales workshop, coaching and mentoring to target Skills, Attitude and other Key Performance Indicators. The project is growing significantly. Following my first-year forecast, I was directly involved in screening and assessing candidates for 8 more team members to join January of 2018.

I also facilitated weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end business reviews with the Senior Leadership Team in Sydney, Australia to discuss highlights, challenges and action plans of the business.

Within the same organization, I collaborated with our Anti-Money Laundering Team Leaders to design and finalize On-boarding Syllabus for alignment and process improvement and Sales/Skills development of team members.

Prior to American Express, I was on top of Quality, Training and Operations of three Business to Consumer accounts in Acquire Asia Pacific which is an Australian-owned retail business. This started my exposure to the arena and vastly developed myself holistically.
