Hi I’m Rizza Mhae G. Jao 22years of age and I was born and raise in Cabanatuan, Nueva ecija I was once a secretary, Passenger Service attendant, Receptionist/ Front desk, Waitress. I may not have a an actual experience job for this like what i am applyin now but i could say that i work effciently in busy and past-paced environments and able to stand for long period of time. had an experience as an Waitress and Receptionist in Food and Bevarage industry wayback 2017 at Mesclun Restaurant and Cafè and wayback 2016 at Fersal Hotel Group. In the morning we have breakfast buffet in consist of 50- 100 pax. As a receptionist i was the one who dealing with queries regarding hotel stuff. Like the one who will accomodate the guest, Confirm, wakeup the guest if they ask to give a wake up call, in short Assured the guest and their safety I was the one who collect the guest voucher, and lead them to their assigned table after that i give them complimentary bread and give them coffee or water whatever they need. And if they need anything i’ll be the one who will give it to the guest. Because As a waitress/receptionist we want our guest to feel satisfied with our service.
