COMPETENCIES

Leadership and Management: Held leadership positions in our parish and in the seminary. In the parish I worked as a Sacristan Mayor. In the seminary I held the following positions: 1) Vice-President Academic Affairs. This position mandates the students to follow the Academic formation and to follow the schedule given to them. 2) Student Council Vice-President External. The position mediates the rapport (institutionally) between the President of the council, the rector and the seminarians. The position has also the power to make schedules and activities provided with the absence of the Council’s President and the rector or any priest should know it and approve it before it take into effect. 3) Class President. This position mediates the rapport between the President of the council, the formators and the rector. This position has the power to make schedules for the class and to approve the plan of the whole class.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Each position that I mention above is collaborative in nature and teamwork bound. The activities that the Committee sponsors or is involve need to be planned by the group and should be presented in the community a month before the activity takes place.

Organizing: During my first year in the seminary, I supported and assisted the organization of the “Rondalla” players. When the group has been made, I became its member.
