DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Ø  Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to distributor and manufacturer requirements.

Ø  Approve all  job eligible for warranty repair

Ø  Responsible in handling all warranty concern in Dubai branch, evaluating warranty claims and making sure that it is under TMC warranty policy and procedure by checking properly in term of warranty claim type, detailed components, operation nos., time claim and failure details.

Ø  Assisting the workshop foreman and provide guidance on warranty coverage

Ø  Processing all warranty claims, reconcile warranty claims using SAP system and submitting claims through TMC Warranty Interface

Ø  Identifying outstanding warranty claims, investigating causes of rejection, rectifying the cause of errors and resubmitting

Ø  Deal with TMC warranty authorities and facilitate to obtain necessary approval (Pre Repair Authorization)

Ø  Raising new technical issue and coordinating with Al Futtaim Technical Service Operation Department (TSOD)

Ø  Assisting on campaign completion of all the vehicles under branch jurisdiction

Ø  Arranging warranty parts with proper tagging system in a well organize and orderly manner warranty room

Ø  Documentation and maintain necessary warranty records and making sure that it is ready for monthly and annual warranty audit by TMC area technical and warranty manager

Ø  Coordinate with manufacturer for submission of warranty claims and timely receipts of approved claims.
