VISUAL MERCHANDISER SPECIALIST SUPERVISOR -INSTORE
 Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to consistently deliver high value experiences on the selling floor to every customer.
 Partner with associates to improve overall selling skills and close sales in order to achieve sales goals and KPI’s
 Ensuring work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
 Training and coaching new staff of skills in customer service
 Analyzing KPI and create action plans to improve those KRA or Key Result Areas.
 Supporting Store Manager as needed.
 Train in-store colleagues and potential next VM on visual merchandising guidelines and styling tips
 Overseas store support on in-store merchandising and setting up new stores
 In charge of styling most in store mannequins, as well as assist fellow colleagues in executing in-store changes
 Work closely with Sales planning and Marketing & Visual merchandising department on commercial decisions on helping store sales to increase.
 Planning staff roster.
 Advanced knowledge of POS system.
