Job Profile as Team Lead- IT/SAP (Since October 2017)
· Leads teams of recruiters as assigned by the Account Manager.
· Serves as a point of contact to the recruitment team on-site for daily questions and needs. Escalates issues to the Account Manager as required.
· Leads team meetings in the Account Manager’s absence to discuss recruitment obstacles and successes and help set strategy for aging requisitions.
· Assures that the score cards are completed by end of day Monday by all recruiters.
· Participates in interviewing potential team members
· Coordinates the new hire on boarding and training process
