Direct Supervision on civil workers for Earthwork, shuttering, rebar, concreting, finishing, U/G service facilities, building facilities , well pads, RMS, Gathering stations, Pigging stations, Booster stations, BVS, Gas Plant, Petrochemical Plants, Foundations for 33 KV, 132KV, and 220 KV stations, wooden poles and transmission Towers.
Project Management Team (PMT) and Supervision on construction activities to ensure to complete the work in accordance with the time limits and schedule.
Responsible for client and design consultant approvals for Client billing Contractor MB’s, PRW bills, daily reports.
Responsible for Daily, weekly scheduled and progress report.
Ensuring implications of stringent Health and Safety Environment standards as set with International Quality standards.
Duties and Functions:
To ensure activities on site perform according to construction plans and within acceptable quality requirement.
Perform inspection work with client representatives and take action on comments.
Supervise, monitor for the restoration, repair of all Housing and Public Facilities under Royal Commission Projects
Coordinate with the Royal Commission consultants and check drawing on discrepancies for clarification for the detailed specifications required prior to Project Implementation.
Prepare estimate of materials and makes requisition to be used for the project.
Follow the organizational safety procedures and instructions to promote, create and maintain a safe and healthful work environment.
Prepare Daily activities and daily progress report for evaluation.
Coordinate and monitor in related to project construction/Operation and Maintenance.
