Palawan State University, PhilippinesI am Romulo ytac 56years old former Philippine National Police Member, I served almost 28 years inservice to philippine goverment and now I had have already retired last December 01, 2017, I am handle of a varrious position, administrative resource management, operation pnco, team leader, etc. I had also recieved of a different awards. and now i decided to seek another job outside my country Philippines.
