Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipments such as pumps (rotary and reciprocating), air compressor package, stock tank compressor package, gear boxes, all packages found in process platform such as nitrogen generator package, hypochlorite generator package, fuel gas package, glycol regenerator package, chemical injection package, vessels such as test separator, inlet separator, oil water separator, final stage separator, heating and cooling medium expansion vessel, tanks such as open drain tanks, closed drain tanks hazardous and non-hazardous, wellhead control panel, filters, strainers, exchangers, emergency generator, fire water pump, potable water maker, pig launchers and receivers.
Carry out preventive mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting activities of the plant equipments stated above including HVAC, desalination plant and sewage system. Follow the procedure found in the preventive maintenance checklist.
Attend toolbox meeting to establish scope of work activities such as safety requirements, permit to work, identify the risk and discuss on how to reduce the risk.
Aligning motor and pumps using fixtur laser alignment.
Assist turbine technician doing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of Siemens gas turbine including gas dehydration.
Assist crane specialist in performing repairs and functional test of lifting equipment including preventive maintenance of the Seatrax and Hydralift crane.
To participate in conditioning monitoring checks on machinery and notify any malfunction and defects to the Lead Mechanical Technician.
Changing and cleaning liners and dummy in hydrocyclone.
Assist production operators for start up or bean-up of wells.
Double checks the isolations or tagging made by production operators before doing the mechanical jobs to ensure safety.
Work safely with H2S.
Participate in the companies training and competency assessment program
Ensure that all information, written and verbal obtained in the course of the work is handled in strict confidence.
Follow all company policies, procedures and local by laws when completing task.
Member of emergency team: previously assigned as evacuation officer, Fire team member and currently a member of stretcher team.
Received safety award given by the company.
