March 2018- Present Online Tutor at KSS Online English International Corporation

As an online English tutor, I assess and teach Korean students online using Skype to conduct lessons and free-talking classes in the maximum of fifty minutes. I provide feedbacks and answers to learners’ questions. In addition, I need to develop a positive interaction and relationship with my online learners by truly knowing each other and understanding each other’s differences, by setting a positive and engaging tone during the whole duration of class and by building my learners’ confidence and independence in English communication.

June 2016- July 2017 Tutor at RNSS Tutorial Center

I usually worked with kindergartens and gradeschoolers through one-on-one or group tutoring. As a tutor, I assist students to become independent learners and to increase their motivation to learn. I support the students’s academic learning in all grade school subjects, most especially Math and English. I address and meet the needs of my tutees by listening to them and undertanding their difficulties. I also build a positive relationship with them by having a positive attitude and by teaching with enthusiasm and passion.

As a sales lady of a small local store owned by a Chinese immigrant, I communicate and assist the costumers in selecting the product by maintaining a friendly demeanor and good communication skills.
