§  Defining strategies & improvement initiatives to achieve variables cost target

§  Works with team to ensure effective implementation of P & L improvement program and activities.

§  Ensures CASH CONTROL POLICIES in in place

§  Designing specific Business channel Program (Delivery Service, Bulk Order and Take out)

§  Ensures store compliance with government requirements such as store permits & licenses.

§  Ensure store adherence to Company Operations Systems, Policies, Procedures and standards that is Security, Safety, Office and other reportorial and administrative requirements

§  Defines & achieve store Sales targets. Creates a sales and marketing orientation among the store team by leading them in defining customer needs and sales opportunities.

§  Ensures proper dissemination of a memos and updates.

H. Serves as HR’s Partner in providing strong support to the learning and growth of store teams by ensuring effective execution pf our Training Systems to guarantee effective learning and growth.

§  In charge in Training Systems Implementation for Crew Trainee Program by ensuring training components of the store conforms to the set guidelines.

§  Certifies Training Manager of the store on Crew Training Program and Process

§  Measures and tracks district Training Manager progress

I.In charge on NEW Product and System Training (NPT)

§  Drives readiness of the store for new product and system and immediately address possible challenges in the store.

§  Coaches the Training Manager in effective implementation of new products through Training Roll out, New Product Simulation and New Product Certification.

J. In charge on Assistant Restaurant Manager Trainee Program

§  Ensures that Management Trainee fully understands the concept of floor control through store exposure.

§  Validates activities done by the Management Trainees using the Floor Control Checklist

§  Certifies the Management Trainee in Floor Control

§  Provides feedback, observation and recommendation that are related to floor control training and certification.

K. In charge to Total Quality Excellence

§  Leads Quality Consciousness by ensuring that all stores through alignment and consistent compliance with the FSC Standards

§  Helps the store improving the Food, Service, Cleanliness through store audit, coaching and monitoring of action plans
