My first job is at Accenture Inc and have been working here since June 30, 2014. I am currently performing SOX 404 Compliance audit testing for designated business processes in Project OASIS. This is a process designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the reliability of financial reporting and the preparation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. As SOX Tester, we need to ensure that: Records are maintained​; Transactions are recorded​; Receipts and expenditures are authorized​ and Unauthorized acquisition, use or disposition of assets that could have a material effect on the financial statements, are prevented or detected.

I have been a Business Warehouse Group Lead in Project Diageo.
Collaborated with Global SAP Support Team for the technical issues through calls and online meetings.
Prepared business financial consolidation reports, Journal entries and GL account reconciliations for European Corporate accounts.

Project & Assignment Description
As a SOX Tester, we need to ensure that all our clients financial transactions are compliant with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act also known as Public Company Accounting Reform and Investor Protection Act of 2002 or SOX. A legislation passed by the U.S. Congress to protect shareholders and the general public from accounting scandals and fraudulent practices in the enterprise, as well as improve the accuracy of corporate disclosures. Managed interaction with stakeholders.
•Executes test based on BMS methodology.
•Documents results in the SOX site (Wdesk) according to test plan and Business Process Champion (BPC)guidance.
•Communicates to the SOX Reviewer when the test has been completed.
•Identifies potential control deficiencies and communicates to the SOX Reviewer.
•Ensures all relevant knowledge & training is completed and up-to-date.

Business Warehouse Reconciliations
•Reviewer of APAC Business Warehouse Reconciliations. 1st point of contact in all reconciliations.
•SAP BW, BW-BFC, BW-BW reconciliations for EMEA and LATAM regions
•Balance Sheet and P/L reports
•Root cause analysis and resolution
•Attending weekly and monthly service call with client stakeholders to discuss the KPI and other matters

Inventory
•Prepare calculations and allocations for CPC Nordics and Switzerland market
•Execute Journal postings

GL reconciliation
•Prepare, validate and obtain supporting documentations for GL reconciliation in compliance to Diageo BS GL reconciliation Policy
•Participate in internal and external audit requirements

Reporting
•Prepare, validate and report financial statements of European Corporate entities in BFC Package in compliance to Diageo CARM Control BFC Reporting
•Monthly calculation of Intercompany Loan Balance
•Participate in internal and external audit requirements
