• Answer inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the clients and contact center management
• Attend training sessions to maintain or improve the level of skills
• Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff
• Handle problem resolutions that may require follow-up and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise

• Contact different hotels in Baguio City to confirm if they had already done their statistical report needed by the Department of Tourism
• Attend tourism-related orientations

• Distributing of certificates of those hotel owners and representatives who attended the Basic Tourism Statistics Orientation
• Assigned as an usherette during the Philippine-American Friendship Day at Bell Amphitheatre, Camp John Hay
• Assisted CTO representatives during the flag ceremony rights at City Hall
