Im currently working at Solaire Resort and Casino as a Chef de Partie of Oasis Garden Cafe, Dragon Bar, and Player Stadium. Im handling 14 staff and im the responsible for making new food on the menu interm of food tasting, food presentation and food costing. Also im the one who checking and ordering all of the items we need in the kitchen. Responble for making the schedule of my staff. Responsible also to implement our hygiene standard all the time and making sure all of our food is in standard and high quality all the time.
