My professional career in running position is from September, 2016 to till at a TV station of Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a Manager, Research I am assigning personnel to conduct various research, maintain and monitor research team, review the findings and send it to management. Additionally, conduct events, training/ workshop and assigned right people for particular training. define training needs and give proposal and budget to management for trained employees to develop skills.
