 AED 8.5 million budgeted projects construct on RCC footing & combination of RCC columns and steel structure design. The project consists of five number of warehouse partition, guard & pump rooms, 5 office cabins, 5 workers’ pantry, 5 workers changing room, 5 staff toilet and 5 workers’ toilet total cover area of building 4594 sqm. Five partitions of mezzanine floor storage, water tank platform, underground holding tank, 7 car parking & 394-meter boundary walls. Total built up area 6752 sqm.
