I built up a considerable amount of expertise as a Leader in working in Heavy Industrial Plants as in the Mining and Metal Companies: Aluminium Co. of Egypt (EGYPTALUM) & Qatar Aluminium Limited (QATALUM), I got my career training through Pechiny & Solios, as well as training through Hydro; in addition to my field and operations experience I have the correct education in Mining & Metallurgical Engineering as well as international training in Turkey. I have good experience of SAP DMS as I got a lot of SAP & IOSH Management training, also got training on Negotiation, Communication, and Leadership skills.

·         Determining, implementing and monitoring production strategies, policies and plans

·         Planning details of production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available and labour requirements

·         Monitoring production output and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to minimize costs

·         Informing other Managers about production matters

·         Overseeing the acquisition and installation of new plant and equipment

·         Directing research into production methods, and recommending and implementing initiatives
