©  Modeling of steam turbine components such as casings, shafts, seals, cross over pipes, compensators, bearing casings, control valves and other required components.

©  Drafting and Detailing of Steam Turbine components using tool as UG NX.

©  Creation of Component Models for high complex housings, castings, structures and PMI models, Drawings (MBD).

©  Review of UG NX Models and assembly of all major components of steam turbines.

©  Creation of fabrication/weldment/forging/casting components models and detail drafting of each components.

Project Objectives:

©  Slurry erosion is very serious problem in industrial application. As it detoriates the useful life of equipments and their efficiency and to have better control on test parameters like impact velocity, angle and sand concentration.

©  Weight is an important parameter of industrial products like food products, so to inspect automatically in mass production industries the machine is designed and fabricated in new way.

Project Conclusion:

©  Erosion is the function of time. With the increase in velocity, erosion wear rate increases.

©  Erosion rate depends on grain size
