Ø Directing, leading and motivating workforce. Involving designer, contractor and imparting continuous on job training for accomplish superior operational efficiency.

Ø Working on shift management activities, evaluate the member’s performance and providing feedback. Generating bills, report on breakdown/abnormal observation and monitor on the failure analysis report.

Ø Good experience of software like SAP, Primavera, MS-Office.
