ABS Group provides second party inspection services “Quality Management Services” under
“General Inspection Services” (GIS) contract, duringdesign, procurement and construction of

As directly reporting to the Country Manager of ABSG KSA, The following are the brief description
of my responsibilities/assignments as Operations supervisor:

1-Close monitoring of the Manpower requirement/ hiring, resources, conducting initial interviews per disciplines, arranging clients interviews of short listed candidates, follow up interview results from clients , involvements with recruiting agencies for visa processing and Inspectors candidates mobilization on projects.
A total nos. of 260GIS SAPID Inspectors and QC Supervisor are engaged
in different disciplines as (Civil,Archetectural,Mechnical,welding,Electrical,Instrumentation,plumbing,HVAC,Rotating/static equipment )for those projects to provide the Inspection services to Saudi Aramco.

2-Preaprin the initial contract offers/agreements/documents for the new hiring.
3-Involve with day by day related Inspectors issues in terms of providing logistics supports
(IDs,Car stickers Cars assigning, annual leave/emergency leave, and arranging getting approval
of Relievers etc.)
4-Surfing the internet for daily incomings mails and giving direction/replies to the concerns
if required action.
5-Attending project site meetings with ABS Personals as well as with Saudi Aramco on call basis/if required ABSG Management attendance in those meetings.
6-Attending Saudi Aramco communications/pre bid meetings along with Project Manager/Country Manager at Dhahran.
In addition to the above attending all Job Ex meeting for new contracts/proposal from different client
i.s Saudi Aramco,SABIC,SEC etc for the RBI, Assets Management, Safety Management, GIS contracts/RPOs. Etc etc.
7-Assist to the Project Manager/Coordinators regarding ABS Manpower head count.
8-Prepartion of monthly Pay roll ,PRFs for new recruitments, termination letters etc to be send to HR Dubai for approvals.
9-Preparation of bid documents for new proposals/contracts etc.
10-Getting time sheet signature from Proponent especially for the manpower assigned at RFPs.
11-Participating along with proponents’ to finalize the quarterly IAI (Inspection Agency Index).
12-Approving the ABS weekly time cards of the assigned projects using Oracle.
13-Providing vacation relief coverage as QC Supervisor at Saudi Aramco projects when required SAPID.
14-Devloping the Project execution and Quality Plan as required for new projects.
