I am a Graduate of the Northern Caribbean University, where I pursued my Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work. I have years of experience coordinating rehabilitation programmes within Rio Cobre Juvenile Correctional Centre as well as planning Seminars while at the Child Development Agency. I have also volunteered in my community. I am versed in Child rights and child protection, using the Child Care and Protection Act along with the Corrections Act to guide me in treating each child.

I have excellent proficiency in the use of Microsoft office Suite. I love to interact with people and I am very respectful. I possess excellent written and oral command of the English language also I have excellent communication and problem solving skills. I am dedicated in meeting my goals and also very dependable. i currently work at the Rio Cobre Juvenile Correctional Services where i counsel Offenders. I ensure that their needs are being met. I administer Risk Assesment tools to determine their risk level. I also conduct Case Management which includes treatment Plan. I plan Rehabilitation programs.

January 2011- February 2013 Social Work Intern at Child Development Agency

I worked at the Glenhope Place of Safety where i counselled girls who were disgnose with Conduct Disorder. Programs were planned to help with behaviour.
