Generating vouchers, sorting of claims and routing of documents. Also encoding the new case arrived in the office from different hospitals in the region. Duties included such as assisting my immediate supervisor and whenever she is not around, I take over on her duties.
Conduct survey on the place I’ve been assigned and asking questions stated in the questionnaire at the same time plotting every household in a clean paper to create an updated map and assigning every household a serial number. I’ve got also the chance to communicate with the persons living in my assigned area including the Barangay Officials which is a very exciting experience. I also got to mingle with different persons with different perspective in life which is the very thrilling part of the job.
Entering the data of the new applicants in the system and segregating the application whether it is for inspection, for payment and for connection. After the consumer is connected, I post the status connected for billing. Sometimes, I was assigned at the Complaint Desk verifying the applications if it is complete and entertaining consumer’s complaints and questions. Duties included taking over the job of my senior officemates whenever they are not around.
Manages day to day operation including Manpower, Materials, Machines, Methods and Equipment. Aside from managing the daily operation, as a manager we are tasked to train the people on standard operating procedures and observe improvement and consistency. Since I am also assigned as the Marketing Manager of the store, I manage all the activities, promotions and anything related to marketing. I also handle customer complaints whenever there is one
