As Deputy Sales Manager

Job purpose
• To develop corporate FIT and MICE business for our Hotels
• Achieve the budgeted targets within the region.
• Relationship building and new client acquisition
• Provide seamless support to existing/new Corporate Clients

Key Areas of Responsibility
Strategy & Target
• Systematically call on Key Corporate Accounts within the designated Circle and develop opportunities
• Prequalify and target Key Corporate Accounts, utilizing the database and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share for the designated Circle.
• Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities of team to identify new business opportunities from corporate clients in the designated Circle. Follows up sales leads to identify prospect.
• Prepare an annual business plan ensuring regional objectives are fulfilled.
• Explore & Develop new markets.
• Bring new corporate accounts to the company
Research & Survey
• Conduct regular Market Surveys and Competitor Research

Customer Interfacing
