Long and solid experience in the supervision of the Planning, organizing, leading and controlling the Repair, overhauling and Maintenance of Sugar cane Mill, Fermentation, Distillery and Power Plant facilities including various Construction light and heavy equipment (Wheel/Track type Loader, Bull dozers, Truck mounted/ Track type Lattice and Hydraulic Boom Lifting cranes, Tower cranes, Material elevators, Motor Graders, Vibrators, Excavators, Drilling Equipment, Dump Trucks, Cement mixer Trucks, Concrete pumps, pile Drive hammers, Air Compressors, Asphalt pavers and Asphalt Plant, Cement Batching Plant, Sand washing Plant, Crushing Plant and various pumps, Generators and Service vehicles.

Handles the preparation of training modules and in conducting field “hands on” training exercises on preventive maintenance and operation of equipment to various projects personnel, in-house technicians and operators aimed to improve their knowledge and optimize the life of the equipment.

Experience in Interfacing with the different Discipline, Main and Sub-Contractors in Onshore and Offshore environment during Engineering phase, Construction, installation (Hook-up), pre-commissioning, Start-up and finally Operation phase.
