Identify the capacity gap of field based staff and design, propose support for capacitating them.
Responsible for overall management of trainings like agricultural and livestock producer’s groups, leader farmers, cooperatives and SMMEs in consultation with Oxfam, district stakeholders.
Take lead role on establishment of improved production plots, business plan preparation of cooperatives and SMMEs, vocational trainings as alternative source of livelihoods.
