For different Real Estate and Highway Projects for the company and different Oil and Gas Projects I ADCO, GASCO, TAKREER, DUSUP. Etc. and Overall Management of Operational aspects of the Project which includes Engineering, Procurement and  execution of EPC Projects which include managing all Engineering contractors, sub contractors, Procurement/ Supply Chain Management, and Construction Management. .EPC and EPIC Project Management providing Engineering, Procurement and Construction services,

ADCO -CO2 BAB FAR North and Rumaitha WAG Injection pilot project works for CO2 Gas line and production line approximate 126KM Pipe line, Piping, Block valve stations,RDS-8 Station, east and north cluster flanks, ADCO Projects Subcontractor SOW Coordination including OHL, CP, Cladding for line pipes, Topographical and Geographical survey etc.

Auditing for different companies take overs in RAK region,Asset Evaluation etc.

·         Advice modifications in tune with the client’s requirements in terms of Infrastructural frame work.

·         Drawings approvals for statutory requirements such as MEP, Fire, Electrical, BMS, Security, HVAC.

·         ADCO-Implementation of Vapour Recovery Compressor modifications and miscellaneous plant modifications which included office buildings, Terminal Buildings, Police station etc.
