- I am Susan D. Lucila 54 years old presently residing at 581 Block 9 lot 10 Executive Village Tugos, Sorsogon City, Philippines. I am a permanent employee and presently employed at Provincial Engineer’s Office at Bibincahan Sorsogon City as Engineer III and currently acting Municipal Engineer of the Municipality of Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon. I am holding construction management and project supervision as well. I also prepare estimates and program of works of the proposed projects such as building, roads and other roadside projects.
