–   Currently working as a Public Relation Officer in HR department of Holiday Inn Al BArsha. Holiday Inn proved to be a stepping stone of my career; my loyalty and passionate nature was valued and honored year after year in form of constant promotions, salary increments and training opportunities. My career with Holiday Inn is as old as Holiday Inn Al-Barsha itself

 

–   Human Resource Driver

I started my career as an Human Resource Driver – the duties include but were not limited to

o    Pick and drop of hotel staff (airport arrival and departure, medical emergency etc.)

o    Pick and drop of Directors and managers for important meetings

o    Collection of cash/cheques of Finance Department

 

 

–   Staff Accommodation In-charge

Besides the responsibility of HR Driver, Company also assigned me as Accommodation In-Charge within the first year of my joining. The responsibilities included but were not limited to

o    Management of effective allocation of space for new recruits and ensure minimum occupancy levels are met.

o    Accommodation Orientation to new Staff

o    Accommodation Inspection

o    Enforcement of Accommodation Rules & Regulations

o    Handling, Investigation and Documentation of Incident (if any happened

o    Providing immediate medical attention to sick staff and taking them to hospital (24/7)

o    Order Placement and Purchase of accommodation supplies

o    Ensure all maintenance requests from employees are answered and fulfilled in a timely and cost effective manner

o    Supervising and monitoring the proper accommodation of employees and visitors, and ensuring that employees/visitors are granted accommodation as stated in the set procedures.

o    To ensure all staff accommodation living in /out or transfer requests are processed in compliance with existing policy and procedures.

 

 

–   PRO Assistant

While providing the services of HR Driver, I also used to assist PRO on day to day important tasks; used to be PRO’s replacement during his vacation/sickness or any other emergency. The duties I covered included but were not limited to

o    Arranging Emirates ID appointments

o    Taking Staff for visa, medical, occupational and health cards tests

o    Applying and arranging entertainment license

 

 

–   Public Relation Officer

Due to my communication, public dealing and exposure of handling matter at immigration and government offices, my organization officially assigned me as PRO of the company.

 

Being the PRO of the company, my duties included but were not limited to

 

o    Issuing employment visa, family visas and  new trade license

o    Online Immigration contract typing, emirates ID, medical & visa stamping

o    Arabic & English Translate (Legal & Normal)

o    Up-to-date knowledge of online immigration rules & regulations

o    Renewal of Trade Licenses and other permits

o    Entertainment permissions from DTCM

I started my career in Dubai, as a Pastry Chef Commis II in Ramada Continental Hotel. Duties included but were not limited to

o    Preparing a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet.

o    Reporting to superiors regarding any difficulty, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information.
