v PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: (Brief description of skill, experience and work performed.)
A. Now I am working with “Development Organization of the Rural Poor (DORP)” as a “Team Leader-Knowledge & Project Development”, at Dhaka, from 10th May’ 2019 to Till today.
Major responsibilities: I am responsible to develop tender/bidding documents considering requirement of the Donor Organization and Government Organization following PPA-2006 & PPR-2008. Provide support to the Govt./Donor organization to develop their bidding documents. Recently I was engage to develop a tender document of Payra Port Authority, Ministry of Shipping following PPA & PPR for “Selection of NGO for rendering training to the people affected due to acquisition of land”. I am responsible to supervise a fundraising team of this organization. Visit different field for supervising and monitoring the field activities and report accordingly. Communicate and liaisons with different organization including Government organization and donors.

Major responsibilities: Overall Responsibility of Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and
Administration of Christian Aid Cox’s Bazar Office, including Contract and Transport Management, preparation
and monitoring of procurement as per plan. I was responsible for Communicating with country office and field and
reporting to the Country Director at the end of the month. Provide necessary support to the field office staffs.

Major responsibilities: Overall Responsibility of preparation and monitoring of procurement as per plan following PPR-2008 & PPA-2006 and Govt. financial rules, execution of National & International Procurement including Import through LC. Release goods from Custom House & Prepare budget. I was responsible for monitoring of account of the organization. I was also focal point to liaisons with different ministry of Bangladesh Government for procurement & relevant issues Like: Ministry of Home, Finance Ministry, Commerce Ministry, CPTU of Planning Ministry, Bangladesh Bank, etc. I was engaged with recruitment activities for Procurement, Account and Admin staffs for the organization.

Major responsibilities: *Responsible to ensure the provision of excellent quality of goods and materials are available at every location and field of Islamic Relief Worldwide, Bangladesh as per the Procurement Manual & Plan. *Manage secure procurement & logistics support to the organization, including effective transportation & Fleet Management.
