PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:
I am a college student taking up Bachelor of Science major in Aviation Tourism under Travel Management. Aside from being a student, I’m also a customer service representative in The Results Companies Inc. for three months. Most challenging part of being with BPO Industry is the Call Handling but I do believe that I have this skills because I do my job very well. I was suppose to start my first training in Concentrix way back on May 2018 however I wasn’t able to continue to it because I choose my studies. Right now, I would like to be part in the company to enhance this skill and also to contribute in the company and also I will use this certificate of training from JP Morgan to have more experience and also to help customers.
