Tabitha is a graduate nurse with a Masters in International Management from the University of Liverpool. Currently working as a healthcare manager for a faith based organization supporting 79 health facilities. She has eleven years experience as a healthcare manager having worked at the public and now private sector. Her competence ranges from providing nursing services, implementing programmes, contributing to UNGASS and WHO on human resources for health and policy formulation in the Ministry of Health. She’s also a poet and writer who finds pleasure in reading management books, autobiographies and any intellectual stimulating books.
She is an active member of the International AIDS Society, International Society for Quality in health care,and Evaluation Society of Kenya. She’s a perfectionist and team leader who believes in people and non-judgemental.
