JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (In Brief):
Recruitment:-
Responsible for HR Budgets which include Manpower Planning, Recruitment,
Statutory and Staff-Welfare expenses.
Coordinating advertisement, recruitment and interview schedules
Conducts interviews up to Senior Executive levels. Arranges interviews for Management levels. Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
Conducts exit interviews
Hiring the trainees from Colleges.
Training:-
Conducts orientation program to new employees
Responsible for training need analysis, monthly training calendar, training execution & co-ordination & evolution of training.
Coordinates and liaises with external Consultants on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees
Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees
Motivating the employees on day-to-day basis
HR Administration & Management:-
Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, performance appraisal form and training schedules
Involves in yearly manpower planning and expansion
Handles monthly ESI, PF & Payroll etc…

Responsible for all the day-to day administrative activities in the factory, accommodation and food.
Handling UK and Domestic buyers audit like PRIMARK,MAX ,VF and etc.,
Main instrumental in getting the certification like SEDEX, CTPAT for the company.
Handling the factory security’s and conducts the training for them on monthly basis.
Updated the company policy and follow-up the procedures for the compliance.
Conduct internal audit yearly twice time for the review compliance & Law.
Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies and procedures.
Responsible for the factory CCTV control system.
