Health for All Solidarity Clinic 6th May 2019 –March 2020
Main responsibilities include testing and analyzing blood, body fluids and other specimens. I also operate and maintain the equipment used to analyze these specimens, and ensure that tests are completed in a correct and timely manner.
The University of Bamenda Health Center 5th Nov 2018 – 29th April 2019
It was a six months contract job, where my main responsibilities included carrying out the routine laboratory tests for the University students for their annual medical check-ups.
I also entered students’ medical information into the school’s database.
Intern Aug 2015 – Jul 2018
Regional Hospital Bamenda Bamenda, Northwest
I performed various laboratory tests requested by the Physician, under supervision. Also, I gathered, recorded and maintained patient information such as medical history, and laboratory test results and participated in vaccination campaigns.
I carried out a research on the “Effects of malaria parasite density on blood cell parameters of patients consulting at the Bamenda Regional Hospital”. This was carried out on 170 partcipants from April to July 2018, after which a dissertation was written which I defended before a jury.

I volunteered at the Regional Hospital Bamenda during blood donation campaigns organized by the Blood bank of the hospital. I also volunteered during health campaigns organized by the University of Bamenda Medical Students’ Association (UBAMSA).
