Work Experience
2018- Till present: Assistance to the head administration department   Bank of Beirut and Arabic countries    Hamra, Lebanon

·         Since October of 2018 till present I was assigned as an assistance of the administration department manager, where I was responsible to but not limited to:

§  Assist the head of department in preparing incoming projects.

§  Follow up running projects regarding work flow and financial status and prepare report to the head of department every month.

§  Coordinate the work flow between different parts of the department

§  Prepare the purchasing committee agenda and make sure that all requests are well evaluated and studied and that all documents related are attached.

§  Prepare approved invoices and send them to collection.

§  Answer branches requests regarding copies of certain documents.

2016 – 2018:  senior Administration officer    Bank of Beirut and Arabic countries    Hamra, Lebanon

 

·         Since 2016 until 2018, I was the project manager of the new fixed asset project with in the administration department, where I was responsible to:

§  Coordinate with accounting, IT and IT security departments to set the guidelines to monitor, recordation and control of the fixed assets with the bank, ensuring and adherence the bank vision.

§  Take necessary well-thought out decision and calculated risk within allowance authority to ensure the move forward of the project and avoid delays.

§  Assign RFID and bar code tags to fixed assets, identify existing assets with out and assign new tags.

§  Report halt items to eliminate them from the accounting records, investigate and report the missing assets.

§  Maintain records of all transfer and disposals ensure that necessary documentation filed, and follow up assets under maintenance.

§  Monitoring the team to ensure the work done according to the bank requirements and the central bank regulations as to keep the project with in the planned schedule and budget.

§  Coordinate with other involved departments such as the accounting and the IT department.

§   Coordinate with the outsourced vendor to ensure that all parties are on the same page.

It was my duties to assist the head of the administration department in effectively managing the daily requests of 12 branches, which includes replying to the branches requests for transaction documents, follow up compliances such as equipment maintenance. In addition to support other departments (legal and audit) with necessary documentation of clients upon official request and according to what the central bank instruction allow.

As a junior administrative officer, I was responsible of ensuring that daily work of a 12 branches correctly submitted to the system and manage the provision of the archives of these 12 branches, ensuring that they sent to the head quarter correctly and within the assigned period.
