o Associate Project Manager, lead on an execution standpoint the migration and introduction of the new Program without any impact to exiting business Process

o Oversaw and made all decisions on all execution for a then upcoming site go-live. We implemented on time, with no misses to overall migration.
• Mass Corporate Brand Divestiture Project (2016)(FMCG)
o I was part of the team of Project Managers tasked to manage the overall execution of one of the biggest divestitures under the account.
o Lead all Landscape, Change and Release Management activity for the project.
o Was highly involved in creating a seamless landscape and change governance strategy which was needed to control all parallel projects that were executing in parallel to ours.
o Lead all Downtime activity which involved long amounts of stoppage of business processes.
o We had the quickest downtime in history of the account as well as the least number of incidents caused by downtime in the last 15 years.
o This is a multi-awarded projects from both HP and the customer side and has been recognized as one of the biggest successes of this year for the company
