Where I graduated with a full diploma and also college credits, I plan to continue my education fall of 2018. I am hardworking and eager to do well in whatever position presented. Academic Volunteer Aug 2017 – May 2018
At the Child Development Center located at Danville Area Community college I worked with other classmate around children. My responsibilities included reading to the children, participating in circle time, and creating music lessons as well as guide them in group activities.
Volunteer Jun 2014 – Sep 2015
C.A.R.A is a no kill animal shelter I helped care for the animals by bathing and grooming, feeding, cleaning cages, playing, and walking. Also assisting with medications and watching for potential issues in the animals.
Mentoring peers with disabilities 2014 School year
My freshman year in high school I volunteered as a mentor for students with disabilities. I took some of the students from class to class, ate lunch with them, and helped them with school work. Throughout the rest of my high school career I was active in mentoring peers with disabilities.
