I was a J1 trainee my contract ended last April this year. I was a culinary intern at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in there banquets kitchen. I was assigned in hot side for 3 months and Garde Manger for 9 months. I’ve been doing a different stations on every event. I also worked at Marina Bar and Grill as a line cook, it is also part of the resort. I’ve been cooking sometimes in a private events in one of our penthouse in the resort together with my Executive Chef. I once done a food demonstration in one of the culinary school at Florida which is the Florida State University.
