Working as Projects Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
Working closely with Projects Director / Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. Duties and Responsibilities as Business Development & Sourcing Officer
> Source, lead and liaise with International Offices / companies in order to develop new line of business and modern technologies.
> Manage and maintain the communications between Clients. Merchants, IBOs, and Suppliers. Provide support to procurement division with contract development and execution for new suppliers to define service levels and supplier performance.
> Lead strategic global sourcing initiatives and critical domestic sourcing needs of the business that maximize value by reducing and controlling costs while ensuring quality and service that strengthen the business and customer relationships. Lead coordination of production plans to manage inventory lead times, quality standards, production, and delivery schedules.
> Track performance metrics for the Purchasing & assuring performance standards are being met and maintained. Research and correct areas identified as not meeting with the standards. Monitor and track (monthly) specific commodity market trends and communicate critical changes to leadership.
> Working directly with the Top Management to identify targeted parts for global sourcing or cost controlling/reduction efforts. Implement process improvements that target increasing efficiencies and reducing costs. Review purchase and production costs and product quality with the Finance, Operations and Quality departments, and the necessary improvement actions.
> Key liaise between Sourcing/ Vendors, to communicate integration plans, progress, identify issues or concerns that required immediate resolution. Develop project tracker and track integration success. Establish timelines and deliverables for each work stream.
> Coordinate with multiple integration work streams among functional team leads. Support for project execution such as defining key success metrics, provided issue resolution, maintain quality assurance and procedures documentation.
