Project: Abu Dhabi Plaza is a mixed use commercial development under
construction Astana, Kazakhstan consisting of five multi-story
towers comprised of a hotel, serviced apartments, residences,
office space, and podium retail having a combined gross area of
600,000 m2. The tallest tower is 75-stories reaching a height of
320 meters

Insuring the ZERO ACCIDENT POLICY and QUALITY of the project base on specs, standard, design and client requirements.
¬ Execute the site construction in a cost and time effective manner.
¬ Communicate on project progress, unusual concerns and civil plans including MEP works.
¬ Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.
¬ Developing and proposed detailed designs having conflict with the actual condition structural wise and architectural as well.
¬ Managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues.
¬ Overseeing the work of junior staff and monitoring sub-contractors scope of works.
¬ Communicating project architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients.
¬ Managing change, as the client may change their mind about the design, and ensuring relevant parties are notified of changes in the project to ensure that we are complying as per contract design agreement or additional to be claim.
¬ Compiling, checking and approving reports.
¬ Reviewing project drawings.
¬ Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery.
¬ Attending public meetings to discuss projects, especially in a senior role.
¬ Adopting all relevant requirements around issues such as building permits, environmental regulations, sanitary design, good manufacturing practices and safety on all work assignments.
¬ Ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within the budget.
¬ Correcting any project deficiencies that affect production, quality and safety requirements before final evaluation and quality, environmental and safety aspects within the design.
¬ Coordinating with the DOKA representative from AUSTRIA regarding execution and DOKA Technical issues.

DEC. 2011–DEC. 2013 SITE ENGINEER at SK ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION

¬ Attending all civil/architectural inspection to ensure the work is executed to the client’s specification/ACI Standards.
¬ Checking the Approved (ITP’s, Plans, Drawings, Method of Statement, MAR, MVR, SPECS) to assure the QUALITY.
¬ Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
¬ Preparing Monthly and Weekly Schedule. Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site.
¬ Perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs.
¬ Conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection as per inspection and testing procedures (I.T.P.).
¬ Render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group. Daily management of the site.
¬ Supervising/monitoring the site labor force and the work of the subcontractor’s accomplishment and giving pressure to hit the target date as per schedule.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

¬ Organize the delivery of materials, plant machinery and equipment needed for the construction project and supervise labor.
¬ Develop detailed program for the coordination of site activities.
¬ Coordinating with other engineers, architects, landscape architects and site foremen.
¬ Preparing all the RFIT (Request for Inspection and Testing)
¬ Reviewing and implementing the week ahead schedule in the site.
¬ Oversee quality control and of Testing of materials (FDT, COMPRESSIVE Test of Concrete sample, Concrete Hammer Testing, Compressive and Tensile stress of Rebar’s, Plate Load Test Soil, Piles Integrity Test.
