– Monitor document capture system and process all incoming documents requiring validation in accordance with SOP.
– Assign missing meta data to ensure documents are classified correctly into defined document types and attached to correct shipments in local archive.

Duties/Responsibilities:
– Database maintenance and management of Australia/New Zealand’s customer, vendor, broker, agent, carrier, vessel accounts in various systems (e.g. Procars, Globus, SAP, Expedient, TANGO) and preparation and submission of audit reports for correction of previous creations made.
– Public Vessel Schedule Maintenance under specific carriers and port pairs in TANGO
– Temporary Address reporting, checking of shipments that still show the temporary address number, notify user requesting to update their shipment registration with a proper account number.
– Checking and maintenance of Sanction List web-based system if specific shipment is flagged as doubtful and undergone further checking to verify if it’s a complete match or not
